Register for Enye Hackathon 2020 – New Dates Announced

We’re excited to announce that the Enye Hackathon 2020, in partnership with Mono, is now slated for November 6 – 7, 2020. The hackathon is themed around leveraging financial data for financial services in the Post-COVID era of Big Data and distributed networks. 

At the hackathon, future-minded hackers and software engineers will have the opportunity to leverage Mono’s API and innovative technology for financial services, benefit from standard selection systems and code review, and build the next big solution.

Unite for a cause

By participating in the hackathon, participants’ good work will go toward a noble cause. We will be collaborating with Mono, Ingressive For Good, Seamfix, FCMB Hub One, Wennovation Hub, and CodeLn, to leverage financial data for financial services in organizations predominantly in fintech, telecommunications, health, and more.

Winning teams will receive cash prizes totaling ₦400,000; winning projects at the hackathon will be announced on Demo Day (Saturday, November 6, 2020)

  1. 1st place   –  ₦250,000
  2. 2nd place –  ₦150,000

Hackers also stand to gain networking, training, job, and mentorship opportunities with our partners.

Here’s what you need to know about timing:

Registrations open until:      November 5, 2020

Hackathon day:              November 6, 2020 (Online)

Demo Day:       November 7, 2020 at FCMB Hub One

How to register for Enye Hackathon 2020

Ideally, each team would be made up of 3: a front-end software dev, a backend dev, and a designer, but these roles are not strict. Hit “Register Now” below to register your team.
